Friends of Animals Utah :Friends of Animals Utah (“FOAU”) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has found homes for over 12,000 pets. Our retail adoption center is called “Furburbia” and is located in the Tanger Outlet Mall in Park City, Utah.
